Body Stretching

Following your workout session Clients have the option to choose either a basic dynamic body stretch & seated massage, OR a more extensive Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) technique.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

FST is a system of assisted stretches focusing on muscles, joints and connective tissue. Each stretch begins with a light traction of the joint being treated, allowing for a deeper stretch by creating more space in the joint. An excellent treatment of choice for those wanting to further improve their flexibility & mobility, training recovery while aiding injury prevention.

Corporate Wellness

Incorporating a “Health and Wellness Break” at your workplace is a great way to positively impact your Employee’s physical and mental health. This is key to motivating your staff to be more responsive to the idea of including more fitness in their life overall.
